Family with children must avoid

We walked into a room, and there was a nice clean bathroom which was the only relief for us at that point. But I noticed a disgusting stain on the mattress and immediately regretted it when I realized it wasn't just a small one. After discovering different types of hairs all over the place, we complained and were told they’d send someone, but nothing ever happened. Just the same old joke from the front desk.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but we thought it would be tolerable.

I appreciated the proximity to beautiful Monte Sano Mountain, just a short drive away, and the convenient access to landmarks like Burritt on the Mountain that made my weekend strolls enjoyable and full of scenic views. although the hotel rooms could use some updating, I found it suitable for resting my head at the end of a busy day exploring.

It was just a decent option for a weekend excursion in Huntsville with good value for money. The staff were unhelpful when we needed extra towels, which was frustrating. Bring your own towels if you're staying here.

Housekeeping friendly. Rooms not clean. Found cigarette burns and dirt on the floor. TV remote didn’t work, no coffee in the room.

i really enjoyed my stay at microtel! the fitness center was a great perk, and the seasonal outdoor pool made for a relaxing time. location-wise, it was close to some good restaurants but quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. the friendly staff really stood out and made my experience even better.

I had the best time! The seasonal outdoor swimming pool was such a refreshing escape and provided the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The cozy common areas made it easy to navigate and feel right at home, especially while enjoying clean surfaces and attentive staff.

The beds were super comfy, and I really enjoyed the relaxing outdoor pool after a long day. It was nice to chill in the sun and grab a snack from the vending machine nearby. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but overall, a solid stay! 🌞

Check-in left something to be desired. the room didn't even have a coffee machine! The decor was outdated, and I spent two nights with no cleaning or fresh towels. Breakfast was just sad—where's the protein? Not impressed.

During my family’s stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, the staff were accommodating and tried their best to assist us. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major concern, as we encountered unpleasant odors and unclean surfaces. A thorough cleaning would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.
